I have long found Winchester .22s among the best in my guns. Remingtons have long disappointed me. But, the only time I had one fire OOB was a Winchester. No damage to the rifle though. My .22LR guns run the gamut from cheap mass market guns to tight-bored heavy barreled match and target rifles.

Incrementalism. Once all gun sales go through an FFL, then they begin to restrict and cut down on the FFL holders. Eventually the FFLs are all gone, and we cannot legally buy a gun at all.
