My first duty gun, a SW Model 15. I gifted it to my son, offered to buy it from him but he said no. Such is life, I bought me another one but it is just not the same.

I have one, it shoots fair but for the price I didn’t expect a tack driver. Ruger makes some great guns, this is just not their best.

I recently purchased the full sized SR22, I like it better than the compact version. Just fits my hand better!

Headspace concerning the primer.

I have a TC Encore .50 cal ML. that I purchased in 2004. Can I replace the current breach plug with a Speed Breach Plug. If so should I expect any headspace issues? Thanks, Jerry

Thanks for the replies. Goose I live off of McIntosh Rd. My wife and I have about 700 AC in Chambers. We get to pig hunt in south alabama. Last time I harvested a deer on Cheaha it took 4 hours to get it out. You are right, the NF is tough hunting, but has some nice gobblers.

I use SST for deer in my neck of the woods powered by 39 GNs of Varget. Can't complain about the results. Just thought about trying something different on the pigs around here. My 12 gauge slug works well too.
