I really like the BCM Mid-16 Mod-0 but it's about $250 more than the Colt..do you really think it's worth the extra cost? So far it looks like the Colt is favored over the S&W by quite a bit in the poll.

I am pretty sure I'm going with a Burris scope (though I do like the Nikon Monarch and Leupold VXII) My main question is a 2-7x35 or a 3-9x40 better suited for the Mini-30's 7.62x39.

DD357, Just curious if you were able to document accuracy results on the GSR Scout @100yds to compare against your earlier results with the Tac-30. Of these two, the Tac-30 appears to be a better "do-it-all" rifle. Thanks, John
