Well I would prefer to do that but I got laid off and have limited funds. I want the pistol because my GF and I are moving to Raleigh NC and she cant shoot my 12 gage. Im hoping to find better opportunities further south Im a welder and the steel industry here in SW Pa is so inconsistent.
Im thinking of offering my Remington 700 BDL 30-06 with Redfeild 9 power scope for a M&P 9 with the carry case it comes with three mags, kydex holster, and a mag loader. Would you do that?

I'm glad you asked I recently received a Remington 700 BDL in 30-06 and its from the 1980's. From what I have heard from folks older and wiser than myself it's a great gun in any caliber my only concern is the safety issue. I haven't even had a chance to shoot it...
I decided on the sig 716 patrol only because neither gander mountain nor any other store nearby would order me the precision. So with that being said my question is how hard is it to find barrels for these rifles? Also would Sig ship me the precision's barrel?

Twos company threes a crowd
I actually like having 3 one in the gun and two spares. Imho if you need more than that then your SOL however if its for emergencies whatever they maybe then who cares go buck wild as long as you have the other essentials.

I'm in a community college for welding and metallurgy the school hooked up with JWF industries in PA. This month was the end of my second semester and I still have to try not to take up my shooting stance and loosen up when using a mig gun lol.
