I dont know about Illinois but in Arkansas theres no age limit, as long as you have your hunter education youre good to go and as long as theyre "nuisance" animals you can hunt year round, thats for AR so it might be different up there just check with youre game and fish commision.

I dont know about any of the other states but in Arkansas you have to get a prededation license from the game and fish commision to hunt them at night. Ive had awesome success hunting powerlines on our deer lease, dont listen to people that tell you that you need multiple hundred dollar...

Thats the thing there wasnt any room to gas it and go around other wise I would have, I did have one foot on the gas and one on the brake just in case I did have to plow through though, and I know it was probably a mistake offering him money but its what I did and it got me home safe, lesson learned
