Carrying a spare mags because your primary may malfunction is a ridiculous state of mind to me. Carrying a spare because the zombies may get you is on a more rational plane of thinking. A malfunction of any kind under any condition isn't allowed in my selection of a defensive pistol. My 2 cents.

I generally avoid places where it is unlawful to carry like the plague. I carry in the bank at least once a week. I don't carry in places where the consequences if caught are severe, I almost never go to those places either.
