    Colt Trooper Mk III...opinion?

I purchased one N.I.B. in 1978. Like an idiot, I traded it two or three years ago on something I couldn't live without. I sure wish I had my Trooper back! Buy it!

    ruger22/45

I clean mine every time I shoot it. Unfortunantly, it's such a pain in the ass to re-assemble it stays in the safe most of the time.

    CZ 75BD Compact PCR

Yes, the "pukey green" sights do glow in the dark. Hit them with a flashlight and go into a dark room or closet. Not exactly night sights but a quick sweep with a flashlight could help in a low light situation.

I just got my KAHR CW 9

You'll like it! I carry mine more than anything in the safe. I usually carry it in a Comp-Tac "Pro Undercover" IWB holster. Easy on and easy off, without dropping my drawers to thread a belt.

Non-chlorinated brake cleaner here. Don't get any on wood stocks or grips as it may dis-color.

    Legality of "flipping" guns?

My take as a former business owner is this. If I had an employee who made over $600 a year, I was required to either take out taxes or issue a 1099 at the end of the year. I don't know the legalities of "flipping guns", but I'll wager if you go over a certain dollar amount of profit, the IRS...

    Hospitals and CCW

Enjoy your grandchild and congrats! My 70 something old mother just had heart bypass surgery this past June in Richmond, IN. [all is well] Naturally, I was a regular visitor for 30 days or so and carried every day. Even if they had a sign I would have still carried. Signs mean nothing in...

Mmmm! I'll bet a stunt like this wouldn't fly at the school district in Texas that allows CCW.

I've owned both! Nothing wrong with the Beretta, but the CZ just feels and shoots better in my hands. The Beretta has been traded!

    Glock .40 S&W?

It would be a Glock model #23, 22, or 27, chambered in .40 S&W. That price would be very low if the gun is in any kind of shape at all. Have somebody that knows Glocks check it out and run the serial number at the local police dept., if you don't know the seller. If everything checks out, jump...

    Sterling Arms Model 302

If memory serves me, there is a "button" on the left side of the reciever that has to be pushed in [its pretty hard to push in]. When pushed in the firing pin assebly, etc. comes out of the rear of the slide. You can then remove the slide, barrell, etc for cleaning. I hope this helps. I once...

What would you get with $300?

I found a like new CZ 75BD for $300 and a Sig 229 for $320 recently. The Sig came from my son-in-laws police department when they went to Glock. It only had 500-600 rounds fired through it.

    Comfort...or....comfort?

I've been carrying for nearly 30 years and have many handguns I can carry. Most of the time my S&W 642 or sometimes my Kel-Tec P3AT are in my pocket. They are lightweight, simple to operate, easily carried in a pocket and you don't have to thread a belt through a holster every time you leave the...
