Ill look into that one. I really wanted something polished or ss so I could polish it myself. Itll kinda be my show piece I fire so often as I have a 22 and a 9 as my primary shooting guns.

Wow, the stock paint on these saiga's is terrible. Lightly rubbed it with alcohol and the black paint rubbed right off. Now Im contemplating painting the whole gun!

Yea I understand, but the little that Ill actually use it should hold up. Like I said, if it doesnt hold up Im not out anything and it should remove easily.
Well theres no where around me at all that carries model paint. Im going to use nail polish cause its cheap, and already had everything in house. Watched a video on it and the guy said its plenty tough. If it doesnt hold I can always remove it.
I just dont care for the look of the buckmark and mkii. So far ive narrowed it down to these but Im still open for sure;
.22- sr22 or 22a with the wood grip (sexy)
.40- sr40, xd40, sp2022. Leaning toward the ruger as it comes with a 15 round mag and its stainless.
