Talo Exclusive LCRX .3" 327 listed on Lipsey's

Looks nice. But wonder why the exclusive? I would buy a standard model.

Identity and Date of Manufacture of S&W Revolvers

Something else I noticed. There is a s&w logo on the cover plate on the right side, but no logo on the left side of the frame. I have seen other 1903's with it on both sides and ones that are only on the frame (left side). Don't know if that helps any. These older ones are interesting...

Identity and Date of Manufacture of S&W Revolvers

The b is quite a bit away from the serial number, so it probably isn't part of the number. The b is not on the cylinder either, so id say you are right about it not being part of the number. The barrel is 4.25 when measured from forcing cone to tip. The grips are black rubber, and are...

Identity and Date of Manufacture of S&W Revolvers

Just purchased an I frame 1903 hand ejector. There isn't much blueing left, but it looks to be honest wear. Lockup is surprisingly very tight front to back, and side to side. 32 S&W long 4.25" Round 6 Shot Fixed front and rear B 228255 That number is from the bottom of the barrel, as well as...

    •••stick on WW alloy••?

I work at a tire shop and I cast, so take my word as you will. The weights you have in the picture is pure lead. Load it as such or alloy it for what you need it to be.

Poll: what's the ideal big bore revolver cartridge?

Would a BFR in 45/70 count? I have been eyeing one for a while, but haven't be able to justify that much money... yet. Would be a blast I think. Handloading would allow it to range anywhere from 45 colt light loads to 500 mag loads and well beyond. would be a nice companion to my rifle.

I hope that the .30 Super catches on

I hoping other companies start making handguns. I'm not much of a s&w auto fan.

    Hows the Henry single shots.

Did anyone buy the rights to H&R when Remington went bankrupt, or did it just die out?

    Hows the Henry single shots.

    I have a bit of a h&r collection. Two 45/70's, a buffalo classic with globe sights, a shorter sb1 handi with peeps. A sb2 223 bull barrel with scope. 2 12ga, one is a topper trap. 1 20ga that my son has claimed. A 4" 732 revolver. A 12ga pardner pump. The 30-30 was an older 158 with 20ga...

    Hows the Henry single shots.

I had my H&R setup with Williams peeps, and planned the same for the Henry. I cast my own 150gr bullets and load light loads with unique and trailboss powders primarily. What about the cva? Any others with experience with these? Are there any other brands worth looking into?

    Hows the Henry single shots.

I lost my h&r single 30-30 and I don't think there will ever be anymore h&r single shots. So how's the Henrys stack up? How do they shoot? Worth the $500 or $600 that they cost?

    Loading Lee slugs and buckshot

I use a load from my Lyman manual for a 7/8 ounce trap load. Remington hulls, Claybuster wads CB0178-12 (AA12L interchange), mec #27 powder bushing for 700x or Red Dot, and win or rem primers. Instead of the shot I push in the slug or buckshot. If I remember correctly its 17 #4 buck, or 6 00...

    Anyone subscribe to Armslist

I used to use it years ago, but with fees nothing but ffls and scammers, no thanks. Went to gunownersclub.com now they are charging fees. Have already noticed the shifting to ffl and less private adds. What are you fellows in middle TN using now?

    Why no 32 Super Auto?

I will buy one in a compact 9mm sized carry equivalent. I'm think sr30c with a 20 or so round mag. I'm also with ttv2, as a handloader the bullets and the possibility of molds for my other 32's are welcome. I'm all in. The conspiracy bent folks are intertaining though.

    Lee classic 12 ga loader

Sorry for the delay. With the holidays and all...... This is my lee loader in 12ga. I have loaded ALOT of ammo with it. Once you get a rhythm going it's almost as fast as my mec.

    Lee classic 12 ga loader

    I have a 12ga and a 20ga kit. I will try to get measurements when I can.

Ruger Customer Service is Freaking Awesome!

Bs. I have 22's that iv put well over 80,000 rds through and they still have superb accuracy. Never shot out a barrel in any of them. Springs, extractors, and ejectors yes.

    Snub Nose Caliber choice

I like my 327. If noise is an issue I use 32 h&r, 32 long or short. I reload and cast my own bullets so ammo isn't an issue. I do buy factory to get brass though. But the cost of factory is about the same as 38 and 357 these days so that's not much of a difference.

    Sight in sks

Iv always use the point blank range of 20yds and 200yds. Seems to be the most useful range. Your tech sights will have a paper with it that shows the ranges.
