Thanks…but honestly I don’t believe it is really a thing that actually matters. He seemed to derive that it is in the Glock Instructions that came with the trigger. Maybe it is…I’ve never actually read any Glock instructions including for the pistols. YMMV

Just to clarify, I use mostly RCBS and Hornady dies. I have Lee FCD’s on my .308, .223, ..357, 9MM, and 10MM die sets. They work for me.

Vhitavori powder is all I use now. The place I buy my powder at is a shooting range that specializes in shotguns and competition, and they are very reasonable on all their powders. VV was not much more than anything else. I used to be a win 231 guy, but after trying N320, I haven’t looked back...

I would suggest VV 3N37. I use it for both carry level 9Mm and a nice warm 10MM. I also use it for .357 mags.
