Trusty 1911 , Im sorry but.....

I see your point, but many times we use the lesser calibers for different reasons. I like the feel of that thud with the .45, but I don't hesitate taking a .380 to my local "shop & rob"...

G26 the most reliable small 9mm?

Yes... Now, tell me, how ignorant is that statement....No doubt Glock is reliable, but not taking in account the refinements of other pistols is simply idiotic.

G26 the most reliable small 9mm?

All you Glocksters really crack me up..You get a pistol that goes Kaboom each time and think it's the only thing around. Unaware of the multitude of great guns out there, probably don't own anything else, spouting off the same BS about Glocks. There is a world out there other than THE BLOCK!

    Colt's Officers ACP

You said that it was almost new, less 50 rds...No need for the change. I've heard that this problem developes, but not at that stage. I believe you just like being a parts-changer....Yours isn't what you expected, so? You keep throwing in this Kimber, hmmmmm. Was your point that you have a...

    Colt's Officers ACP

With my Officer's model, no problems at all. I think you might consider the one-spring Wolff recoil. To be honest, were you just slightly writing all this to toot the Kimber? :scrutiny:

    Self fitting 1911 parts.

If mfgr's are selling pistols that need a 500 rd break-in for their own parts to mate, imagine replacing other parts not original to the model! The easy "drop-in" is an advertising gimmick...
