    A New Walther CCP

The earliest design I am aware of is the Steyr GB, which dates to 1968 (in a pistol anyway). There are only 4 or 5 designs that utilize the full system with the gas piston.

    A New Walther CCP

I was just able to check and my CCP does indeed have the + sign next to the DE. Yes I do! I think Americans are more infatuated with Walthers than most realize. The Caniks are all Walther clones and they seem to be increasingly popular.

    A New Walther CCP

Wouldn't you know it? My gun is marked M2 at the bottom of the grip! I just saw that in the picture (I don't have the gun handy). The takedown tool is clearly ridiculous, which explains the nifty tool-less takedown.

    A New Walther CCP

Based on your stable I take it you like these pistols. I will check my CCP when I am able for the +.

    A New Walther CCP

Last week I was at my local range/store getting some trigger time with a buddy. On the way into the range we came across a used Walther CCP for sale. As it happened, that day I had also brought my H&K P7, which also uses the Barnitzke system to operate (Walther apparently refers to this as...

Anyone Purchase Texas Made P7 or P7 Parts from P7Pro.com

Not to mention the option for optics. It would appear you can also buy separate slides and parts if the website is to be believed.

Anyone Purchase Texas Made P7 or P7 Parts from P7Pro.com

I'd have to dig into a parts diagram to get some proper names. My gun has gone through a minor rebuild with my gunsmith. I do remember the gas piston had to be changed out, but that was because I was dumb and ran a bunch of lead bullets through the gun. Keep in mind the gun dates to 1979 or so...

Anyone Purchase Texas Made P7 or P7 Parts from P7Pro.com

A P7 cut for optics would be great. My P7 is pretty worn out and doesn't see much trigger time unfortunately. Despite the price I still find P7Pro to offer a tempting product.

Thoughts on an AMT Javalina Longslide in 10mm?

The Javelina is unique in that it uses a 7" barrel instead of the 6" version that everyone else (including Iver Johnson) uses. Since the gun the OP has shown us is modified, I would assume it is one that was either working or was made to work. Many examples made it out the door in perfect...

Thoughts on an AMT Javalina Longslide in 10mm?

I have one. Mine is stainless. I wasn't aware other finishes were offered. I love mine, but other than the super long slide and barrel, not much is different than the various 1911 variants out there. I'm always worried about breaking the slide or the barrel, simply because they are unique but...

Half the servicos aventuras primers I have used fail

They are definitely not suitable for SR use unless the case pressure is low. I tested S&A primers in my Blackout and got pierced primers with supersonics.

    Suppressor Rebuild?

@MachIVshooter is a member here and the owner of ECCO Machine. I recommend him all day long for anything silencer related.

    Chiappa Rhino 50DS

The early ones don't have provision for moonclips. The later models do. And no, they won't retrofit your older model, I asked.

    PSA Resurrecting the STG-44

PPU already makes 8x33mm. Ammo and components. And it's pretty affordable too.

    PSA Resurrecting the STG-44

Mac from Hill & Mac Gunworks has already publicly stated (most recently at Shot Show) that the new ones from PSA will cost more than the HMG ones. Those ones were right around $1,600, so I would doubt the PSA version will be less. These won't exactly fly off the shelves at that price. Also...

Same tooling here, with the same results.

Half the servicos aventuras primers I have used fail

I went through 1,000 if them with no issues. There are however, 19,000 more on my shelf...

    Bolt-Action Blackout

I have a Ruger American Ranch in Blackout that I'm selling. Don't get me wrong, it's a great gun. But as it happens I'm left-handed and the gun doesn't work all that well for me. I like the gun a lot though.

    Leave it to "Lee"

I just cut some .020" sheet metal to fit and sprayed them with a can of blue paint that matches my Dillon stuff pretty closely. Terrible pic but all I have of them. Any chance I could get the files off of you? Between my friends and I we have a few that still need fixed up properly.

My Ruger SFAR is on its way back to Ruger - Adjustable Gas Block Issues

For a can the fix is stupid easy. Most rifle cans are used with an externally threaded brake (see below for image). Contact @MachIVshooter and tell him you want one of his fantastic cans. Then jump through the hoops and get it. Be prepared to make decisions though - he doesn't have a bad product...
