I have no experience with this pistol, but since no one else has posted, I will say that I have always admired and wanted an Astra Constable. The A60 seems to be just a double stack variant. I like the .380 and am glad that you are happy with your gun.
I have other guns, revolvers and autos, but my hands down favorite firearm is my EG Mak. I have a Bulgarian Makarov for cc and a practice Russian commercial in .380 and Bulgarian commercial in 9mm Mak that I reload for. Never had a malfunction with any of them.
I have several .38 specials and enjoy shooting them. For what I do, blowing holes in paper targets and maybe an occasional can, I prefer the .38. The case is already long enough and, for me, the .357 is too long.
I've been loading .380 for a couple of yrs using Win 231/HP-38. No problems. My only concern is that top loads listed in the reloading manuals for 95 grain lead bullets seem pretty tame. I never try to hotrod any cartridges, but like to achieve factory-like velocities.

I read the remarks about incorrect dissassembly being a cause and that could very well be, but that was not the cause of the breakage of my two bushings. I always slightly retracted the slide before turning the bushing. If the collet bushing was better, Colt (and others) would still be using it.
I had two Series 70 Colts with the collet bushing and after a couple of years I had begun to think that the stories of them breaking was just a myth. Then, within a six month period, both broke. Of course I replaced them with solid bushings.
I have Makarovs in .380 and 9mm. Bought the .380 because I couldn't find one in 9mm at the time. Anyway, I reload for the .380 and it's my range gun. I buy 9mm Mak (steel cased), but don't shoot that much of it. I pretty much sock it away. If the 9mm Mak became more expensive, I'd just reload...
