Frank, Thanks for presenting that issue; it is a pickle. UPS website says it will ship from a dealer to an individual, but as Sam already mentioned, an FFL will not transfer to me if I am not a resident of his/ her state. I can only assume that UPS offers this service for intra-state...

Ha! That's almost my conclusion, but the physics and ergonomics of the newer stance/ grip make a lot of sense to me.
