    Ordered a progressive press finally.

I didn't read the entire thread so apologies if this has already been mentioned. A member on here "someguy2800" makes a great 3-D case feeder and it works fantasticly.

    Bullet Length

Are you referring to the RMR Nukes 124 Grain JHP? I ran a couple at 1.100 and they would not even pass the plunk test in my Glock 48. I have quite a few 9mm pistols and found my tightest chamber is my Canik TP9 SC. In order to pass the plunk test in the Canik I had to seat to 1.065.

    Bullet Length

One of my biggest gripes with reloading manuals is they never seem to plublish the oal of the bullet they use for their data. For many years I have used Precision Delta 124 grain JHP which measure around .586. Over the years I have worked up loads using Power Pistol and CFE Pistol and found my...

    Wet Tumbler input

I am no help on separating the pins since mine are still in the bag. Next time try without the pins. I just use citric acid and armor all.

Need some holster help for a S&W M&P shield plus

https://www.vedderholsters.com/prodraw/ Everything you want. I just order the light draw myself. I would say they are toward the pricey side but the reviews are very good.

    1911 break in period

Go to about the 3 minute mark to see what may happen to a Dan Wesson straight out of the box. I bought a PM 45 and did follow the suggested routine for the break in.

    Bone head mistakes?

Years ago I forgot to put the stop pin in my primer pickup tube. That's when they were less than 2 cents a piece.

Anyone use a Pro Chrono DLX?

I have one and it has performed flawlessly. I also bought the lighting system for indoor shooting. Highly recommended.

    Squib Research

Same here. I sent my RCBS lockout die where it stops my lnl dead in its' tracks when case is 2.0 grains low or high. I also verify powder in stage 4 before manually placing bullet.

Glock 48 owners who weren’t glock people before, how do you like it?

Buy the 43 for a more compact carry and if you want to try the 43x just put the 43 slide on the 48 frame.

Vibrate or rotary for brass cleaning

I switch to the F.A.R.T. Platinum a year ago and happy I did. You can do much larger quantities with the tumbler and clean up time vs dry tumbling is very little difference. I should say that I have yet to use the stainless steel pins that came with the tumbler and as clean as my brass gets I...

    S&B Brass difficulties

Never too old to learn and off to Amazon to purchase a stong magnet. What would the worst case be if one of those cases got by you and was reloaded?

The Glock Smile and 40 and 10mm reloading

For me if any 40 case has a smile it gets trashed. I have over the years found less than a dozen cases with smiles from purchase of once fired brass. I case gauge every reload and usually I will find 5 to 10 out of a 1000 rounds that I will run through the bulge buster.

Dry tumbler, Wet tumbler or UltraSonic?

I switched from dry to wet about a year ago. I bought the FART and love the fact I can clean 1500 9mm cases in about 2 hours. I always pick a sunny day and let them lay on a towel on the driveway to dry. My time during this process is less than 1 hour. I just use lemon shine, armor all, and...

    45 acp

I guess I should have been clearer for my reason of using two scales. When I first used an electronic scale I had it set on grams instead of grains. Now that could have been a major problem but upon checking same load with my beam scale I knew something was terribly wrong and corrected the...
