I usually see at least two or three each of the Charter Arms and the Taurus whenever the gun show (Crossroads of the West) comes into town; that is where I got my Taurus snubbie some time ago.

I have one of those in the stainless model, usually keep it fed with 200gr Silvertips, it seems to like those. The grips were a little short for my hands, so I put some Hogues on mine and have been very happy with it.

I prefer wood, myself
I like wood on revolvers, but have trouble with many of them being too short for my hands, so I put some of these on my Redhawk; I have been quite happy with them. Not sure who made them, I got them at a gun show.
