I don't shoot all that much but I was thinking about getting one of these so I could reload rounds for my 44 magnum. I don't shoot my revolver often because even with cheap rounds it gets expensive quick. I have a couple of questions.
1. Besides used brass, primers, powder and bullets what...
Obviously I won't buy anything until the proper paperwork has been filed.

1. What are my choices for a stock adapter? I've seen people use the charlie stock but the setup looks a little uncomfortable. I've also seen Kel-Tec makes a stock adapter but I don't need a new grip...
It seems that a few years ago the Saiga was being touted as a great ak-47 for the money but as of late I barely see them mentioned. Why the loss of interest? Or is it just my imagination?
It's obvious that 3D printed guns are viable but without ammo they're just paper weights. I was musing on how you could create 3D ammo. Would you make it out of metal or polymer? Would some sort of integrated primer work or would some sort of rim fire work better. The powder would be easy...
I couldn't figure out how to link this but this is a copy of the text.

I went on a little trip today to visit my daughter and while I was in the area I visited the local Target Master store. The shelves were full of ammo, new and used guns aplenty and I heard someone shooting something full auto in the indoor range.
Felt good, I believe better times are ahead...
My friend called me with a question and I'm not sure how to answer him so I thought I'd gather some opinions.
He bought a used colt ar-15 with the carry handle attached to the upper which I suppose makes it an a1 or a2
He wants a flat top so he can put some gizmos on it.
would he be...
I'm not new to shooting, I shoot fairly regularly and I own a decent variety of firearms. I'm not a bad shot but I know I could be better. I think my main stumbling block is that I've never had any training. I'm the only one of my family/friends who shoots so I've always tried to figure...
I have an elderly female patient who's asked me for suggestions for a handgun to protect herself. Currently she has a Beretta .25 but she say's the trigger is too hard to pull for her. I haven't had the opportunity to try it myself. She wants a handgun, either a revolver or semi-auto, that...
I bought one of these as a project gun. I plan to eventually do the paperwork and have it cut down into a SBS. I would love to get a spare stock and barrel.(I know it would still be a SBS)
Anyone know who stocks parts for these? I assume CIA does but I don't think they like selling parts...
A friend of mine brought me a .40 baby desert eagle. He had disassembled it and had not been able to reassemble it. I found the problem to be a stuck safety pin. With the safety set to fire I was able to pop it back in but it was stiff. I worked the safety on and off a few times and it...
I was just given an ar-15 on long term loan. My friend, the owner, had originally painted it in desert camo. He was going to try and sell it and figured it would be easier if it was the original black color. A solvent of some sort was used which didn't remove the paint but turned it into a...
Has anyone else had this problem? I just bought it this weekend and ran a quick couple of boxes through it with zero problems. The only thing i noticed that was off was that i was shooting consistently low. I was predominantly checking for function so I only had the target out about 6 yards...
I know there have been some junk 1911's produced in the past but all the new ones I hear about sound like they run well. I myself have a RIA tactical and after some early teething problems it runs like a champ. I've been hearing decent reviews about pretty much every new 1911 being produced...

Anyone try one of these? I'm getting a del-ton flat top upper and I'm looking for something to use for plinking. My max range is only 100 yards. What I like about this is that the rear iron sight is included so my bases are covered...
How is this different from a non f marked front sight base. I'll probably be buying a del-ton upper in the near future for some plinking. Is this something I should be concerned about?
I'm thinking of making a homemade snap-cap in 9mm. I already have a casing with the primer removed. Any good ideas on what to fill the primer hole with? I know snap caps are made commercially but I won't be near a place that sells them for awhile.
