I totally disagree. Cheap scopes(and binoculars)may work well in the sunshine. But at pre dawn and post dusk they suck. I only use Meopta/Leupold Vx III's and Swarovski. And I will tell you that Swarovski Z5's and up will allow you to to use every minute of legal shooting light. Our legal...
THAT"S ALL Williams contributed to the carbine(short stroke piston).......Winchester designed ALL The rest. of the rifle. In documentaries Williams was a PIA to work with and DID NOT like the carbine design at all.
For many years I've made my own lube from 60% commode seal and 40% canning wax.....Works great in my pistols and rifles....I get little to no barrel leading.......I REFUSE to pay $5 and up for a stick of lube...........Been using my mix for over 20 year4s.
Never wanted or owned a Glock.......Among other things the grip angle is all wrong. Plus they are butt ugly........And I don't like that swinging dingus in the trigger.
I too have the S&W 15-22 and like it.......Lots of AR parts will fit.......Especially the trigger group.......And it has one of the best high cap mags ever......Also got a 50 round Blackdog drum magazine for it.
I have been shooting a Win. FW in .280 for 35 years........About 5 years ago I added a Remington 700 Bdl clip feed .280.......I see no reason to change.........You couldn't run fast enough to give me a 6.5 creedmore or any of the other creedmore cartridge rifles.
Correct.....And each successive catalog has less and less about the older stuff.......1 & 2 are good.......wouldn't buy it but was given 3..........4 & 5.....Bahhh
