Is there any way to adjust this trigger/ and if yes how?

I need to start annealing my brass that I use for 600 yard shooting,
My question is do I have to full length size after annealing,
or can I continue to just neck size them?
I'll start out saying I'm hooked, I got my butt kicked but had fun getting it kicked.
I've never shot 600 yard's didn't have a 600yrd zero, ran everything though JBM ballistic and had a rough idea what I needed to dial my scope to,so started there.
First shot was for the cold bore...
I'm a bit overwhelmed on all the choices out there,
What's good,bad,to cheap, to expensive?
What's needed and what's not?
Want to find out what everybody is using, thanks for any information you can give.
I would just like to check myself and get some suggestions.
Hornady 80gr. GMX
Hodgdon H4895
Hodgdon web site shows a max of 34.8 multiple that by 60% is 20.88
Subtract that off the max is a starting reduced load of 14gr.
Does that look right?
Also can I substitute a nosler 80gr...

I ran it to a problem trying to load new Winchester brass, I sized it and was going to trim it and the pilot wouldn't fit but it would fit in the unsized brass.
I use the hornady hand trimmer, hornady dies
