Americans are said to be gun crazy..I have owned mostly Winchesters and Colts with a few different models? On occasion I wonder if there is some validity to what others have said, especially what I see in stores..and my own preoccupation at times.

I have my opinions. There are not flattering.

I prefer a short barreled revolver if I were to carry on my person, I prefer the older models, Colt Det. Didn't have good experience with the J frame S&W. I think the larger handle of the 10 would be a benefit for control.

How do they compare? I have shot the Colt D-frames. Which is the superior gun?

On youtube, steve hindi shows videos of animals being harshly treated in rodeos and pigeon shoots. People who are moved think he is only interested in preventing harsh treatment. Shark is very much wanting to ban any animal use, ownership, hunting, and is against the nra, and bashes gun...

I think it could have been handled much better, especially without the cheap, flashing points ad about Obama.(Whom I truly dislike as President) Unfortunately the NRA sometimes makes bad PR moves in protecting the 2nd and promoting gun ownership.

I had a nice vintage Winchester and wish there was at least one OUTSTANDING model available today. I think they are the funnest to shoot among 22 repeaters.
