Almost totally agree. I think that they have only put about 95% eggs in the WAL*MART basket as they still offer dealer direct, but I think 2005 was our last year of trying to sell their cheapened products. It's a shame, I did some work for them in the 80's and early 90's while they were still...
We have to do a state background check in addition to a NICS check on hand gun and rifle purchases (shot guns are exempt from the state check). Which each approval comes a unique number. I am happy to report that Delaware also recorded more firearms sales in 2005 than in 2004. I'll go back...

Not necessarly. It's been our experience that most gang bangers can't pass the state and or federal background check. Most of the time they just come in look at a few then leave. About 5 minutes after leaving they send in one or two of their ??????? to purchase the exact guns they were...
Don't know about VA, but here in DE we do a state check also. Guess what, got an unpaid fine, they will come and get you and take you to the JP court just down the street to take care of it. They will cuff you for that also.
