    thinking about getting into reloading

Thanks for all the help! Question on the manuals... they have several different editions like 1st, 2nd, 50th ect and I don't know what that means? I think I will start with just the 357mag since the component prices don't look like the savings will be too much with the 9mm. For 357mag do I...

    thinking about getting into reloading

Thanks for all the advice everyone! I think I will start off with getting a reloading manual and watch some videos. I have been saving my 357 and 9mm brass. Good thing about revolvers is they make saving the brass so much easier. The autos make you look for it.

    thinking about getting into reloading

I have been thinking about getting into reloading. Mostly to save money and have something to waste spare time with. The cartridge I am wanting to reload is 357 mag but might also do 9mm if its worth it. I'm just wanting to load plinking loads, nothing hot or dangerous. What all do I need...

I don't believe they do but you could call and ask. If they get enough demand they will likely make it.

Handled a North American Arms today

The whole point of these NAA minis is they are sized so you can always have it on you. My favorite is the Black Widow. The 2" barrel is the perfect length and the 22magnum is the perfect cartridge for revolver this size. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q-cqNCGnx_o

Talk me out of a New Model Single Six Convertible

If I could only have one hand gun it would be a Ruger Single Six convertible. The 22magnum is worth it and is far more powerful than 22LR but not worth it just for plinking. The other hand gun that is a very close rival to the single six in usefulness is the BlackHawk convertible. So if I could...

    .22LR for physically challenged ?

Heavier bullets penetrate deeper. I like the 40gr for 22LR and 22mag. CCI 40gr mini mags or velocitors are the 2 best 22LR for personal defense.

    .22LR for physically challenged ?

http://www.thehighroad.org/showpost.php?p=10211690&postcount=25 I was going to suggest the S&W 351PD also since the 22mag is very potent yet also very manageable recoil wise. Only problem is the 351PD is on the expensive side. There are other brands that are cheaper though like Taurus and...

    NAA

Looks like an ammo issue to me. The gun appears to be just fine. Winchester ammo quality is as bad as it gets. Winchester is the bottom of the barrel in ammo quality.

    .22LR for physically challenged ?

Another vote for the Ruger SR22. Holds 10 rounds and they are extremely reliable with good ammo. CCI mini mags are the best. I shoot a LOT of rimfire and I have never had a CCI round not go bang when I pulled the trigger. The SR22 is very easy to handle and it has almost no felt recoil which...

Nothing wrong with cheap guns though. Just saying if you have the money always buy quality.
