o, lol. it seemed to eject the case half way out the chamber. the front of case was kinda still in the chamber while the back end was pointed to the right, the slide caught the back end. makes sense? kinda weird.

its a gen 3 with a couple thousand rounds through it. i was using a magpul(?) mag with steel case ammo. blame the mag or ammo?

nutin fancy showed the ruger american 7.62x39 was getting a few rounds(russian steel case) not going off the first time. has ruger made the firing pin hit harder for these russian rounds?

for those who have shot a lot of the cheap steel case, how do you clean the firing pin area without taking the bolt apart? im thinking soak in hoppes over night?

i hope someone has a way to make sure the firing pin/area is clean without taking the bolt assembly apart. i have several 500s and never had a problem. i did some hunting years ago with them and now i just shoot about 100 buckshot or slugs per year at the range. cleaned them but never dared to...

im thinking of polishing the chambers of my glock 9mm, ak47, 12 ga shotgun, and some .22lr rifles. i don't have problems with these guns except maybe the 22s. good idea to polish them all anyway? im set up to buy at amazon and midway usa. could someone show me exactly what to order? im not sure...

i have a sig 522(.22lr) that was 99.999% reliable with all brands of .22lr ammo. after 12,000 rounds i started getting light primer strikes. if i call, would the sell me a new bolt?
