Ok then so if the ejector doesn't lock in place when the block comes up empty there is still a problem? So my only problem can be the ejector catch since I need an additional .008 to have it lock into place. The ejector is new.

I changed the ejector it was worn, and reassembled rifle. I believe I did it properly. My question is what actually resets the ejector?. When you open the lever, you hit the trip bar with rolling block and the ejector opens. The block is down, you put a round in the chamber and pull lever up...

Not hard, kind of like the trouble you go thru buying a house I'd say. I mean paperwork wise talking to people and staying on top of things. But hard? Nah, not no much and, I didn't experience some of the horror stories that some people speak of. But the year is young. ;)
