    Kahr CW 380

I have a CT380 that I really enjoy - accurate and a nice shooter. Yes, loading it takes a bit of practice, but I like Kahrs so I’m used to how they function. It’s light weight and easy to carry, but it shoots softly and accurately. It’s a little fussy on ammo, but once you find what it likes...

If carrying a .380: Which One?

I like both my Kahr CT380 and Sig P365-380, though clearly they’re very different. The former is lower capacity (7+1 with MagGuts) but thin and light, while the latter is higher capacity, a bit heavier and not as fussy on ammo. They each are good shooters and I use each in certain situations...

    KAHR P380 - Advise, thoughts

I have a Kahr CT380 and it has shot great from the first round through the barrel. It is a bit picky on ammo choice, as it loves S&B 380 FMJ but the slightly longer overall length of the Fiochi 380 caused feeding problems. I think it’s easy to shoot well and very reliable with the right ammo...

What is your opinion and experience with the CZ97B?

Regarding options to reduce the size of the grip, if no one has mentioned it, you can use the Hogue Rubber Wraparound grip with Fingergroves for the CZ 75B (https://www.amazon.com/Hogue-Rubber-Wraparound-Finger-Grooves/dp/B000S5SCPM ) as a snug fitting replacement. Since the 97B is of course a...

Talk me in or out of one or the other - Sig vs Kimber

I have 3 Sigs of the P365 variant: P365, P365XL, and P365X. The X is my favorite. Enjoy.

    Steyr A2 MF

I wouldn’t expect the new Steyr to be ammo picky, as neither my M9A1 nor S9A1 is fussy about ammo. I shoot a lot of S&B 115/124 gr, so I think you’ll be good to go.

CZ 97b - Are my jeans getting skinnier?

I have one and like it. The most frequent ‘complaint’ is that the grip is quite large. I have average to large hands and don’t find it too much. I did remove the walnut grips (it’s an older model) and put on CZ 75B rubber wrap-around Hogue grips with finger groves. You can fit them on by...

Convert M&P45 Full Size (1.0) to Suppressor Host?

Thanks for the links, but they all appear to be out of stock and perhaps discontinued. My M&P45 may not be able to make the cut as a suppressor host.

Convert M&P45 Full Size (1.0) to Suppressor Host?

I have a S&W M&P45 Full Size (Gen 1) that has an Apex Dut/Carry trigger and I really enjoy shooting it (it’s a range gun). I was thinking that since 45acp is a good round to suppress, that I could buy a 45 suppressor for it, if I can buy a threaded barrel and suppressor height sights. Has anyone...

    Looking for a 380

I really like my Kahn CT Tungsten 380 pistol. Easy to carry and a joy to shoot, especially for a smaller gun. I use the Magguts magazines to convert it from 7+1 to 8+1, so a decent capacity.

    Cz shadow vs 9mm 1911

I have both and prefer the 9mm 1911 (mine is an older STI Trojan). All my CZs have had Cajun Gun Works trigger jobs, so they’re exceptionally pleasant to shoot, but there is something about a SA 1911 trigger that is special, at least to me. Good luck in your search.

    Which 32 acp?

CZ made the CZ 83 in .32 ACP for a short while and if you can find one, it’s a fine gun; it is now generally found in 380 AUTO. I saw one on Gunbroker but it’s pretty pricey at $900 (Buy Now).

    HK P30 Reliability and Durability

WheelGunMan - I have a P30SK with the LEM trigger and also a P365XL. Both are great guns, though I shoot the 365XL a bit better, but that’s the Indian, not the arrow. Of course, the P30SK is a bigger gun, but I don’t find it easier to shoot than the 365XL - they’re equally solid in that...

    HK VP9 vs S&W M&P 2.0

Of the two, I voted for the S&W M&P9, as I’ve handled them and liked them. I previously had a VP9 and didn’t care for it, so I sold it to a friend, who loves it. The trigger was OK, but I found it a bit top heavy for me. I now have the CZ P10c that you mentioned, and I find it a wonderful...

    Kahr CT380 grip sleeve?

If the M380 shoots in a manner similar to the Kahr CT380, which it should, I think you will be impressed. I have several Kahr pistols, and the CT380 is impressive in its accuracy and shootability, despite its size.

    Kahr CT380 grip sleeve?

I use the Subcompact size of the Limbsaver Pro grip sleeve on my Kahr CT380. I have large hands and it works well for me: https://limbsaver.com/products/pro-handgun-grips?variant=7399466139712

    First Polymer Frame Pistol

In 45acp, I have a CZ 97B, an M&P 45 with safety, and a Sig P220. Out of the three excellent guns, my favorite is the CZ. Great shooter, but it’s not a polymer frame. The M&P 45 is an excellent choice, and after market triggers can improve an already good trigger.

    Subcompact DASA or DAO recommendations/warnings?

Kahr for a DAO trigger pull that may be more familiar to you. If you’re interested in a striker-fired subcompact, one to consider that isn’t often mentioned is the Steyr S9-A1. Nice shooting pistol.
