Always been sorry STI ( Staccato now ) stopped making their single stack 1911 pistols. When I see one for sale, if the funds are available, I try and snag it. Was able to nab this Elektra in 9mm about a week ago.

Absolutely keep the Guardian. The old single stack STI pistols pop up for sale once in awhile, but the prices are going up & up. I've passed on a few in the past, and when I see the same model now, and what they cost, I could just kick myself for not grabbing them up earlier.
