What have you done in the reloading room today

You'll need some "Propel" after that session! I didn't do much today. This three day snow is wearing on me, but I did get back in "The Room" this afternoon for a bit. Separated by headstamp the 400 plus 38 Special brass that is ready to load. Lotsa "Winchester" brass. Which is nice but once...

What have you done in the reloading room today

Didn't get to the 38 special loading today................ Shoveled snow instead, twice, but during breaks I started torturing myself with more trimming. 357 magnum. Glad that there is not much to do! Checked my stash and I am in good shape! Like the exhaust clamp for a stand on the propane!

What have you done in the reloading room today

Not much. Finally got caught up on popping spent primers on different range brass. Hope to start re-loading 38 Special tomorrow if I don't have to shovel a lot of snow. And like the idiot I am, set up my trimmer to tackle 357 brass. That will wait a while, kinda burnt out after doing 400+ 38's...

Finished trimming the 400+ sized 38 special brass. Gave them a "special" bath and drying. And now are ready to add primers, powder and projectiles!

Let’s see an odd item that you use in your reloading process.

Do not know if this is odd, but I added 3 o-rings to my trimmer to cancel the "slamming" pulling the pilot (sometimes "tight") back out of a case when trimming.

What have you done in the reloading room today

Just about done trimming 38 Special brass. I'll be happy when that chore is done as there was a few cuss words spoken. I am glad that I decided to go with 1.145" as some were at that measure. You never know what you are working with when it comes to range brass. had to look that word...

What have you done in the reloading room today

Trimmed ~ 200 38 Special brass. Found another couple hundred that are being sized before trimming to length. I'm starting to dislike trimming! I want to make ammo!

What have you done in the reloading room today

I spent 2 -3 hours shaking hands with the 'ole Rockchucker today. Finally finished popping spent primers from last week's range finds. This "Non-Winter" has really increased the brass stash. I've found over 800 .223 / 5.56 so far. That is a lot for this part of the country! And then I...

What have you done in the reloading room today

nothing exciting. Moved my Rockchucker from the house back to the garage. Have an unusual amount of range brass for this time of year due to having not much of a Winter. Did not want that mess in the spare bedroom. So today around 300 pieces had spent primers removed from pockets. More to...

What have you done in the reloading room today

Tumbled a small batch of .357 and 38 Special in the wet S/S pin dizzy machine. Here is a picture of them getting ready for a dry time in the old de-hydrator. Have I mentioned I like shiny things?
