Nope, I didn't read it from Ayoob. This is a book with all of the documented saves from second chance, and I would say about 30% of them (I'm guessing, as I haven't read it in ages) are car/motorcycle related. I have no idea if airbags were a factor or not, but many of the saves are recent...
I don't care for the name, but seriously speaking, you would have to be really insecure to not buy/carry a gun that you would otherwise use, just because it has a girly name.
Judging by the Second Chance "Saves" book that I have read,
if you spend a lot of time on the road, a vest may be just as likely to save you in a
car crash (esp if you are wearing a good trauma plate).
It ONLY makes sense to cooperate as a TACTIC.
Perhaps a hammerless snubby that could be fired from within a pocket or purse would be the best thing to have here?
You also do not have to keep photos of loved ones, "social security" cards, or even an ID card in your wallet. I have a very...
I have been keeping my handguns lubed with breakfree CLP (meaning a very light spray over all of the internals, and slide/rails). I've never had any problems that I know of with doing it this way, but I am assuming that it is sub-optimal, and would like to find out how the 'pros' do it.
My...
I'm very curious, is this strictly a piece for nostalgia/ fun, or is it for self defense too?
It sounds as if it would be possible to load this hotter than the rimfires(?).
Also, is it correct that FA sold the design to NAA, and cannot make them any longer?
I am interested in either the 32 or 380 Kel-tec, but it seems that for every person that has one, and is pleased with it, there are two or three that say they got a lemon, and can not make it reliable. I have no problem doing the "fluff, and buff", but I do not want to be shipping the pistol...
Jelly Bryce, The F.B.I.'s Legendary Sharpshooter
Here is the Jelly Bryce article! I have to beak it into two posts, because it won't let me post it whole.
by K. B. Chaffin
RyanM, I have the Jelly Bryce article in wordpad, if you, or anyone would like it. It is too long too post (unless it is broken into two posts). VERY interesting read!
Just curious, what if anything did the police do?
I think this city is getting worse; we had 28 (reported) shootings over memorial day weekend. Thankfully most of the thugs are not proficient with guns.
Sorry if this has already been posted;
This has got to be the most stupid thing I've read in quite a bit...
Read the whole article here;

It is a model 10-7 (whatever that means:confused: ), and the +P ammo that I shot through it before with no problems was from Speer. Is that particularly hot stuff? I didn't notice any increase in recoil, or report at all. Thanks for the info!
