What is your Favorite Revolver and its use

I would have to say my S&W Model 19-4 with target grips. Second runner up a tie S&W Model 27 and Ruger SP101 3 inch barrel. I like .357 magnums.

    Kel Tec PF9?

I had one for many years and found the same issues. Mine went bang every time and was accurate, but not something you wanted to spend a lot of range time on. I carried mine in a Remorsa holster in my coat pocket in the winter mainly. I traded mine in on a SIG365.

Glock 48 owners who weren’t glock people before, how do you like it?

My daughters fiance had a G48 and didn't liked the way it felt when he carried and he traded for a G43X and a G26. Right now he is hooked on the 26, loves it. He said the 48 just never felt right. To each his own...

    KelTec P32

Looks like my P32. I have had mine 20 years. I did the hard chrome slide exchange with kel-tec in the early 2000's for $15 and did a fluff and buff treatment, and so far no ftf's. I still carry from time to time.

    Mountain lion/woods gun

For a mt. lion you don't need a hell stomping round like you would for a bear or wild boar. A hot .38spl hollow point, 9mm JHP would be more than sufficient for a kitty of this size. Personally if I were going to the woods for any length of time I would carry a .357 magnum with a snake round...

    GLOCK FAILURE- leave your story

I had a buddy at the pawn shop offer me some rare 10 mm ammo, several boxes of factory, and several boxes of reloaded 10mm. The factory I snatched up, the reload was priced dirt cheap and my little voice said no! I didn't listen to my little voice. I got the reloaded stuff out and second round...

    Mid 90's Rossi 88

I have one Rossi a Model 68 in stainless with the 3 inch barrel. Nice little .38spl. I have carried it a few times and loaned it to my daughter-in-law when my son was working night shift. She couldn't operate a semi-auto pistol. She ended up with a little Armsco M206 hammerless that she...

    Guns with stories behind them...

I have a 4 inch Model 29, no dash with target grips that has a story behind it. My wife's mom essentially walked out of her life and her grandmother, dad, step mom and another little old lady helped raise her. This little old lady lived next to them and her husband was a cop in a small town from...

P-32 Mcarbo mag button, and metal guide rod.

Yours looks like mine lol! The grips have dirt in them from 20 yrs of carry. And I have about worn out a DeSantis pocket holster. I alternate between the P32 a Taurus TCP in .380 and a .38 special S&W or Colt for carry. I did a fluff and buff on mine when I bought it and way back then I sent...

    SW Model 29

I have a 4 inch blued Model 29, no dash with target grips that has a story behind it. My wife's mom essentially walked out of her life and her grandmother, dad, step mom and another little old lady helped raise her. This little old lady lived next to them and her husband was a cop in a small...

S&W model 36 or pocket pistol.

The model 36 is a fine piece to carry, you might also consider the model 642 or 637 as well. If you can get a Colt Detective Special you will pick up an extra round as they are 6 shooters. I also suggest you consider the Mika pocket holster for these revolvers, it is the best one I have found...

    Vintage Virginian Dragoon

I have a .44 blue version that I carry on my tractor whenever I am out and about my property. It's accurate and takes the recoil nicely.

    What's in Your Pocket?

Kel-Tec P32 with hard chrome slide most of the time in a DeSantis holster. Other times Taurus TCP with hard chrome slide in Mika pocket holster. S&W 642 or Colt Det. Spec in Mika pocket holster if I am feeling like going with a bigger caliber. Mika pocket holsters are the best I have found!

    Colt King Cobra.

Mine has factory Colt rubber grips on it. Frankly I like the wood grips you have better.

The gun range seems empty these days.

People are practicing a lot, for what? On the other end of the spectrum I know shooters are practicing but no where near what they used to in order to conserve their ammo, just in case as they put it. The radical left has the country on edge, I imagine a similar feeling was in the air in...

    Best ever for “junk” brands

I have the 9mm carbine and it's been a solid shooter. Ugly as the bottom of your foot but goes bang every time and is reasonably accurate. Another junk brand I have had good luck with is the Heritage SA .22 pistols and Phoenix auto .22's.

    Suggest a 380 as a shooter

Look for an older Bersa .380. I have one and it's always went bang and is an accurate little devil. My female co-worker carries one in her purse and car for protection and loves it.

    Rough rider

I carry a Heritage 3inch birds head grip in my tackle box with some snake loads and regular LR hollow points. It's cheap, and if I lose it I'm out a $100, but it gives me a firearm for those slithering devils and something if I have to have it against the two legged devils, better than nothing.

    Slim pickings out there...

My local gun/pawn establishment was on the light side when I was in there a week or so ago. 1911's were still plentiful and there were a few revolvers about. No high capacity anything except for one lone AR in the AK caliber, but it had a bad extractor. Still it won't last long. Plenty of...
