    oh, yep, missed the "indoor" part. Lead can be very dangerous on an indoor range if it has poor ventilation. I know a couple of people who had lead poisening from shooting at a local gun shop (both recovered). It would be much more feasible and finacially affordable to just encourage upgrades...
