    Love for. 32 carry revolvers

I carry a 431pd frequently. Usually loaded with 32 H&R magnum rounds. Light gun (13.5oz), but not much recoil. I also have S&W 331ti which is even lighter (11oz) but haven't started carrying it yet.

    America and the .32 Revolver

I have two 32 H&R mag revolvers. In my 431pd, 32acp doesn't work well. I get one or two ftfs with light strikes. In my 331ti, 32 acp works 100 percent. Accurate too. Nice solid strikes. I think the problem with the 431 is a shorter firing pin. The rim on 32 acp is thinner than the rim on...

    Pocket .25 Automatic

I didn't read this whole thread, but I recently purchased a Seecamp 32. It's the same size as most of the 25s . Plus it's still in production.

    New 32 & 25 ACP Handguns?

Maybe I'm going backwards. I have a Seecamp 32, and I'd add a Seecamp 380 to my collection if I ever find one.

Given hope for .32 Magnum lovers

I hope the produce some 32 ACP gold dots. I have a nearly new Seecamp and no ammo to shoot in it. The 32 ACP gold dots are one of the few recommended types that work reliably.

    .32 S&W Long

I posted a picture of my S&W 31-1 earlier on this thread. I carried this gun for a couple years when I first got it. It's a 2" barrel gun that fits easily into a pants pocket. The longer barrel guns: 3" and 4" do launch bullets at higher velocities, but would not fit in most pockets...

    .32 S&W Long

For a while I carried a 31-1 snub. Carried Buffalo Bore wadcutters in the gun, and BB 115 gr round nose flat point for a reload. My first choice for a kit gun is my 650 S&W in 22 magnum. Heavy barrel, 3 inch, 6 shot. 22 Mag is easier to find than 32 long.

    Future .32 Snub Revolvers

After a few years of carrying my 31-1 posted above, I got a 431PD which is an Aluminum version of the same gun. It has a round butt, and shoots 32 H&R Magnum. Weighs only 13.3 oz. In this case, I carry it with Hornady Critical Defense ammo 431PD:

    Future .32 Snub Revolvers

I carried a 31-1 loaded with wadcutters for a couple years. Not the most powerful, but a lot easier to shoot accurately and to get rapid followup shots. Plus one more round than a 38 Snub. Below is the 31-1 I carried. The ammo in the speedloader is Buffalo Bore 100 gr wadcutters which was my...

    Favorite cartridge

I'd say 327 federal, but I carry 32 h&r mag most of the time. When practicing with my 32 carry revolver, I shoot mostly 32 long because it's the easiest to come by.

    Back-Up Gun?

It's a good idea to think through what you might do in certain situations. Of course, your "plan" can be modified on the fly depending on the particular situation. I guess you can use the word "hypotheticals", but it can't be right to give no thought to how to handle different situations.

    Back-Up Gun?

I've never carried more than one gun. Carry gun is a S&W 340PD or a S&W 431PD (32 HR Mag). Recently, I've added a pepper spray to my carry equipment. Not sure which is backup and which is primary. If my car got mobbed by a group of protestors and someone broke the window, I'd probably hit...

    Want a small 32!?

I have an an "old school" 32 revolver. A 31-1 in 32 S&W Long. It's very accurate for a snub. Probably partly because of the cartridge and partly because the recoil is so light. But for small game hunting, best look for a 4" or at least a 3" version. Mine is 1 7/8 inch shown with the Buffalo...

    Rebirth of the 32s?

I have an LCR 327 and plenty of ammo I bought before the shortage. But I don't carry it much. Instead I carry my Smith and Wesson 431PD. It's a 32 H&R Magnum, weighs 13.3 oz, is quite small, and has a six shot cylinder. I think it's a great little carry gun. No bigger than a Smith 22...

    How about some 1911s

I have a second cousin of a 1911. A Sig P238. Also have a Colt Gold Cup, but it's at the gunsmith getting a tune up and I have no picture. Looking forward to shooting it when it comes back.

The Pocket .380: DAO vs. SA

My pocket 380 is a Sig P238 HD. The HD model is all stainless steel. A little heavier than the Aluminum model. Great trigger SAO, with a safety.

Three inch barrel revolvers, a weakness ?

I have a few J frame S&W revolvers with 3" barrels. Here are a couple with square butts which I like: Top is a 36-1, middle is a 37-0, and the bottom is a 31-1

    Looking for a 380

I found my P238 to be the easiest gun to shoot accurately of any gun I've tried. Good sights, small, nice SA trigger and comes with nice night sights. Mine in the P238 HD all stainless steel version.
