Soooo... you CAN load subs for .223, BUT essentially, they're each good in their own roles, an sbr .300 blk with a can is awesome for indoors, and decent with 110s and 125s for deerish sized critters at mediocre ranges, the .223 is decent for deer with same ranges, great for varmints at various...
