    What is the last gun that you bought?

    1986 Remington 1100 with Rem Chokes. Belonged to a deceased friend's Dad. It was only used a few times for hunting but was put away dirty many years ago. After a good cleaning and a new O-ring, it's ready for action. Pics are how I got it.

    New York hunters

    My brother just paid $140 for basic deer processing here in Michigan. The stuff you need to do it yourself will pay for itself fast at that rate. It will get faster the more you do. And like Troy said, you know you're getting your own meat.

    Reloading desk

    I started out on an old Steelcase teacher's desk. It's built like a tank. Got it for $5 or $10 at a garage sale. I've expanded since then but I still use it for storage and some case prep.
