    H&K VP9 optics ready...

The last pistol I bought before Covid-19 hit the fan. Not doing much shooting these days given the cost and availability of ammo. Hopefully, things will ease up and we can get back to a normal life. Anyway, I really do enjoy shooting this gun. Good to be back here with all you shooters!

    Tri-Star TT-15/12g, 30", Trap Gun...

Just got back from shooting four rounds of Trap earlier today with the Tri-Star TT-15. 89 breaks out of 100, not too shabby. Firstly, the Gun is pretty heavy, close to 9 pounds, not used to that. As for the triggers, they break like glass, I'm guessing around three pounds. Targeting a bird was...

I will likely use it 15-20 times a year. 75% of my shooting is Sporting Clays with my 20G, 32", Browning Citori CXS.

    Beretta M9/.22 caliber...

I need another pistol like I need a hole in the head! Got a very good deal on the relatively new M9 in 22 caliber. 15+1 round magazines. This is almost 99% exact copy of the 9mm version. Both outside and inside. Bought a few more boxes of CCI Mini-Mags. Probably shoot it next week at my local...

    Taurus TX .22 auto-loading pistol...

Now I am thinking about the Beretta M9/22. Exact copy of the 9mm, only built by Umarex of Germany. They run about $350.

    Taurus TX .22 auto-loading pistol...

Given the cost of centerfire ammo, I decided to pick up a .22 autoloader. After scouring youtube for info. I decided on the relatively new Taurus TX .22. Holds 15+1 in the magazine. I paid around $275 for the gun. Same size as a Glock 19. Bought 300 rounds of CCI Mini Mags. After a proper lube...

    Taurus TX .22 LR...

I was lucky to pick up a second one online from the Black Dog Gun store. The new version comes without a safety. My son will be using the other one. Plenty of mags are available from GrabAGun online for $25 bucks.
