    Cleaning rust inside upper

Kroil would be a good first step. Dribble lots, brush, plug bore, and fill to let soak. Or automatic transmission fluid. Or, diesel...but diesel can leave a smell.

    .223 Brass trimming, thoughts

ALL brass brands are different. SOME brass, from the same lot, will not be the same after firing or sizing.

Is this ok for tarnished loaded ammo??

Believe a long/longer term storage of empty or loaded brass may lead to tarnishing/surfactant. But, if a person uses, cleans, reloads, and uses several times in a year, probably not going to be an issue.

Is this ok for tarnished loaded ammo??

Because the boat owners/employees, are continuously swabbing the boats. Never Dull is quick and effective, but let a boat sit out in the weather for a week and check the results.

Is this ok for tarnished loaded ammo??

Unfortunately, cleaning brass with never dull, does clean the brass, but now the brass is raw with chemical from the never dull on it. This brass will be attacked by moisture/air sooner than brass that was not cleaned with the chemicals involved. In this case, we are so consumed with what we...

First experience reloading for 45 acp

HS6 is an excellent powder choice for 9/38/357/40/44mag/45acp. Burns clean, exceptional accuracy at/near top of the load, and a double will be easy to see - over full or at/near top of cases listed.

Beveling 9mm and Other Pistol Cases

Weakens the mouth of the case. Flare as much as you need to allow bullet to set on case prior to seating....and keep rollin'! :)

Thought about building? Get to pick exactly what you want. Maybe $50 in tools that you can sell after the build, if you wish.

Powder deviations on thrower, dilllon 550

Put a return spring on the plastic tab of the powder shuttle and around the base of the funnel of the powder drop. Helps to provide the same shake/rattle/roll on each pull of the handle.

Is there a preferred do all pistol powder?

HS6 works rather well in 9/38/357/40/44mag/45acp. I don't own a 45LC....cannot comment. Accurate, towards the top of the speed range, and clean. In most of the loads, a double charge results in the case being full or overfilled.

How much do powders change over time?

H4895 composition has DEFINITELY changed in the past 30 years. Cannot use new data with the old style powder.

How much do powders change over time?

H4895 is a great example. Find a rectangular cardboard one pounder and it is DEFINITELY different than H4895 sold in the last 25+ years.

Convince me of the superiority of the Co-ax presses

I set all presses higher than most. One, I have to stand (lower back injury) and prefer to see powder charge on all progressive and single stage loaded rounds (THE final safety check). :)
