    Biden's Big Plan

On the brace ruling, the DOJ may not be able to blanket ban it without a law passed since they vary in variety so much. But they will likely ban the pseudo-stock-looking types. I anticipate, like the recent bumpstock ruling that'll be difficult to regulate. On 80% receivers, the main issue...

A potential theoretical way to reuse 5.7x28mm cases...

So I saw this youtube video: I did some cursory research and discovered 5.7x28mm's base is within a few tenths of a mm of .308 or just a few hundreths off .311 (nominal Russian/Japanese bullet diameter). Nothing turning on a lathe theoretically couldn't fix. I dunno if this is smart, but I...

    Carcano 6.5x52mm - Little-to-no Experience with these

I don't know if the extractor is bent or not. I haven't loaded rounds singly into the gun because I know that you're not supposed to since it's a controlled feed system. However I bought the gun from a pawn shop, so who knows what the previous owner did. To describe the damage to the rims so...

    Carcano 6.5x52mm - Little-to-no Experience with these

So if it's bent, it can't be bent back? Pain. Never had any issues with ballistol, froglube and good old Otis Dry Lube, but I appreciate the advice.

    Carcano 6.5x52mm - Little-to-no Experience with these

I'm not asking to replace the extractor. How do I adjust it? Somehow or another I feel just bending it with a screwdriver isn't very smart. Gunsmith? For no. 2, some just get caught on the feedramp. I think the ammo may be partially to blame though. and ah, I'll take the entire gun apart...

    Carcano 6.5x52mm - Little-to-no Experience with these

Threadomancy a bit, but it's because I finally got some ammo and shot it. The brass headstamp says "Dominion 6.5mm" and I got it in a ziploc baggie from a store. It fired fine, but there were a few issues: 1. The rim looks chewed up, like the extractor is really biting into it. How do I adjust...

Be careful buying ammo and components from private parties.

The bottom of the site doesn't really give you the CORRECT one, since I can make a site say whatever I want (Basic HTML knowledge, not even coding). Instead, check the domain name from who.is - it'll tell you when it was registered down to the day.

I doubt they're selling a real pedersen device - he probably meant the receiver cutout.

Recommendation for a guy who hates most automatic pistols?

Thanks for all the recs guys. I am quite sure out of those offered here I can find something I like. Thank you all.

Recommendation for a guy who hates most automatic pistols?

Hmm, the CZ is probably closer to what I'm looking for. Thanks for the replies thus far.

Recommendation for a guy who hates most automatic pistols?

So I got a bit of a confession - I've owned a Kel-Tec P11 for 2 years and I hate it. It jams regularly, despite no specific causality. Sometimes fails to fire perfectly usable ammo (I'll reload a dud into it again and it'll fire fine). And I hate the lack of a manual safety. I need a new...

    G3 in current use

I find gas tubes harder to clean well, and I hate taking apart guns fully. I'm a bit ghetto - I use hot soapy water, plain hot water, and hairdryers as my first line of cleaning guns. An extra tube = double the work for me

    G3 in current use

So I've shot both the CETME and the FAL (I know the G3 and CETME aren't exactly the same, don't shoot me!) and I like both for different reasons. I think FALs are good guns, definitely better IMHO than the AR-10s I've shot (look guys, I just don't care for ARs, I'm not attacking you or your...

CCRKBA UPDATES ‘DON’T FEED THEM’ ANTI-GUN BUSINESS LIST, ADDS GUCCI

That list seems, small. Surely there are more companies that deserve to be on that list, am I not wrong?

AK-Derivative Full-Power Rifles (PSL, M76 etc.) Some Questions

I am finding it hard to justify at current prices for sure. Hoping that prices go down, but... well... Hey Tortuga, you may wanna fix the rest of your post, looks like you fumbled the quote stuff. I like to think I ask good questions, and moreover that I am not stupid in what I ask about...

AK-Derivative Full-Power Rifles (PSL, M76 etc.) Some Questions

Hey guys, I am not currently in the market for one of these, but I've always been really interested in the Zastava M76 and PSL rifles because they shoot a full-power cartridge from an AK action and have the side-mount scope system similar to other rifles of the Soviet Bloc I don't suppose I...

    Carcano 6.5x52mm - Little-to-no Experience with these

I sincerely appreciate the suggestion, but my reloading days are done. I got tired of it, it became a massive chore, girlfriend despises it (because it gets everywhere) and my other hobbies include me shipping out a lot of stuff, and I got tired of FedEx and UPS especially checking my boxes for...

Gotcha. Thank you. Do you have experience with the Prvi ammo to tell me how it does?

    Carcano 6.5x52mm - Little-to-no Experience with these

Bought this at a pawn shop while I was out shopping. It is marked 6.5mm and I've ordered some en bloc clips and am currently scouting for the ammo for it. I've shot one of these before, it was also chopped up/sporterized and I like these kinds of guns (I'd get a 6.5 Arisaka/T30(38) but I don't...

If you could buy 1 firearm before a big ban...
