I have a 20g Mossberg Maverick 88. I'm 4'9, and I have no problem using it even though it was my first gun, I just got it this past May. It comes in a size shortened for youth, which is what I needed because my arms are so dang short. It didn't cost me an arm and a leg either.

Ultimately, I went with a Ruger 10/22 stainless steel! Found it used from a gun store I trust :) was 200$ with a scope. Forgive the messy counter haha This model runs 279.99 at cabelas~ Scope and case came with it~

yeaaa.... there are tons of guns I would LOVE if money wasn't an issue. Sadly, never seems to be enough of that.

I'll likely look into savages too~ If Walmart is doing a sale, it's a pretty good option. As far as I know, we don't have many really good places for pre-owned guns in my town. I've looked. But, I'll check around again~
