    Alternative reloading dies

Well in the modern age its just as likely that someone has a cnc mini mill or lathe next to their 3d printer so it might just be that easy....

What have you done in the reloading room today

    I keep pondering a 243 for the 80ttsx. I don't currently have a platform I consider ideal for copper. 223 has the speed but I'm not hunting with a 50 or 55.

    Teaching my Son to Reload

The flip method is awesome for keeping track of cases in a loading block... get distracted and walk away, I know exactly where I am. I process a lot of brass while the kids are at home running around. I charge and seat bullets while their out or sleeping.

Have you tried and copper bullets? The 270 seems to have plenty of speed that they would be a good fit. I can't see how 257 Weatherby people use anything else... Beautiful bull.....

Plated bullet data = lead? = jacketed?

There are a few special bullets like the 150 30-30 good to 2000. I haven't seen specifics on any others....

Shot it for the first time today, it did its thing. Not a cartridge that needs a lot of help. Looks the part I guess....

What have you done in the reloading room today

It's like any ball powder. Swhp #9 and tac all flow... if hs-6, true blue, ans Silhouette were compared for metering I have no doubt I'd pick the looser every time.

What have you done in the reloading room today

Buddy decided he liked 8.4 true blue with a Missouri 200 at 1.225 today... I abandoned true blue, but 8.8 with a cast 158 in 357 was good.

Plated bullet data = lead? = jacketed?

Use lead data, but check if the company lists any speed restrictions

What have you done in the reloading room today

Deprimed today's range session of 6x45. I had loaded ten rounds of 24.3 grains of aa-2015 behinds a 68 Barnes matchburner and it did better that the 23.5 load I had tested last time. This was at 200 yards vise 100 so I was quite happy. Living inside the 9 ring is fun times. My buddy was...

    New at annealing question

Probably espousing quotes like if it ain't broke why fix it.... I'm about to be guilty after playing with a lee loader... because one needs to try cool old stuff.

    6.5 creedmoor reduced loads

If the op is just testing terminal effects, cycling might be nice but not nessary. I'm inferring this isn't a load for plinking unless the scope of plan has opened. Those guys at front line rejects do a great job of terminal testing so if they had the data needed I'd just defer to their tests.

    7.7 Japanese

I've shot a few my dad loaded, no idea his data. I have .313 200grains that he bought. I plan on loading and testing that 28-30 grains of imr4227. I'm kinda surprised there is no 4198 data. I thought that was the cast bullet powder. After the 200s are gone, I'll use 165 or 175 cast. I just...
