The reason I asked if this new S&W has any special features that the rest don't have, was that I was trying to see if there was anything unique about it. The response has shown that it does not offer anything new.:D

Pistol caliber submachine guns were used as short distance bullet sprayers, a 9mm PCC is in a different category. The only exception I can think of is a gun developed especially to fill the void.

The purpose of reloading is not just to save money, it is to make ammo suited and finely tuned for the firearm being loaded for.... Ammunition is as important as the firearm it's being used in where accuracy is concerned.. Only consistently accurate firearms are interesting.

Although the 600 trail is expensive, the trigger is superb. It's as good if not better than a Triggertech, it's precise and very customer tunable.

I pay no attention the the price of ammo, just the price of components. I load for every rifle I own including 375 H&H. 30 M1 Carbine is very cheap to shoot. How anyone other than a complete novice does not reload is beyond my comprehension.

It groups 2" at 100 without a problem, and the fine tuning of the trigger made a difference. I think I need greater magnification to develop loads especially for it and for more precise shooting. I have a scope coming from China which should be perfect, it has everything...

There is no need for a blowback 9mm carbine to be rough to shoot, I put the problem down to the small closed bolt designs. Shooting this 9mm is like gently rocking a baby.

Yes, in fact I had to check to make sure I had actually seated a primer a few times. The new ( non Winchester ) cases I have all needed a firm press to seat the primers. I'm just going to throw the Winchester cases away, they are more trouble than they are worth.
