    Quick Anneal

My AMP, with AMP Mate and a Dillon VS case feed was under $2k when I put it together. This Quick Anneal does seem interesting, but I don't think it will be as revolutionary as the Xero, because people are leaving their huge clunky Labradar's at home and opting for something the size of a...

    9mm subsonic.

I load a 147gr HST over 5.1gr of N350 with a CCI 550 for a self defense load, which does 1050fps out of a 5" pistol barrel, and it can make a decent crack out of my 8.5" AR when it is colder. I would lean a couple tenths lower to be safe. It is significantly louder and has more blowback ejecta...

    9mm subsonic.

Be careful with Titegroup and exposed lead base bullets and it will vaporize the lead and increase suppressor fouling. Another problem Titegroup has is that it is the highest nitroglycerin content smokeless powder and it reacts with polymers on coated bullets. I try to only use it with plated...

    9mm subsonic.

Another problem you run into with some pistol powders is reverse temperature sensitivity, where you get more FPS at lower temperature than you do in hot temperatures. Silhouette is well known for this.

    American Reloading

Good primers, but they suck to dump into my Dillon RF100. As I am pulling the sleeve off of the tray while it is inverted over the funnel one or more of the primers inevitably come out of their slot and get between the sleeve and tray, making several others just fall right out on the floor. I...

    9mm subsonic.

Fast powders like Titegroup, GM3, N320, Clean Shot, AA2, tend to be preferred. You end up with less noise and ejecta out of the action of a semi-auto. You can get by with other powders, but they will usually be louder and more dirty from lower pressure. BE-86 is so energetic that you will...

What's the use of 220 grain polymer coated bullets?

Try 12.5gr. That's what will cycle my AK with a suppressor.

What's the use of 220 grain polymer coated bullets?

300BLK subsonic. They are far less expensive than jacketed bullets.

    American Reloading

I have spent many thousands of dollars with them, but my last two transactions have left a bad taste in my mouth. I placed an order for 1,250 .308 110gr Varmageddon bullets, as well as 2,000 100gr .312 FMJ blems. I opened the package several weeks later (yes, my bad) and the .312 bullets were...

    Let's talk 40gr & lighter loads in 223

Indeed. It is a pretty accurate barrel, even with inexpensive Hornady 55gr soft points.

    Let's talk 40gr & lighter loads in 223

My BCM SAM-R barrel loves the 40gr Nosler ballistic tip over 28.0gr of Benchmark at 2.260" OAL in Nammo Tactical brass with a Federal AR Match primer; 3,594 FPS average and it was putting every bullet through a 1" Birchwood Casey target sticker. (EDIT: typo, corrected powder charge to 28.0)

Yessir. At 50 yards there were zero keyholes and they were going where I was aiming.

    Reloading 7.62x39 for an AK

Accurate 1680 or Shooter's World Blackout are what I use. I have a load for 1680 and a 220gr Berry's that cycles my AK suppressed and is stable and quiet.

Advice from a professional. -Lube your pistol cases.

I run many presses, but my Dillon RL1100 with Ammobot Rev3 auto drive makes a straining sound when CBC cases are being sized or crimped. I add a couple of sprays of lanolin alcohol mix to the brass and that completely goes away. It just has to be better for equipment longevity.

150 gr Winchester sp power point in 300 blk

My 9" Ballistic Advantage 300BLK barrel is very accurate, and it will take longer loaded ammo. My PSA JAKL and Ruger American Ranch in 300BLK are picky about how long I can load ammo for them.

150 gr Winchester sp power point in 300 blk

That's part of what got me into 300BLK. I had a bunch of free Hornady 150gr soft points that my .308's weren't very fond of.

    BE-86

One of my favorite powders for hotter loads in 9mm and 10mm, and it works well in 45 Colt.

    Vibrating Primer Tube fFllers?

I could not get my Vibra Prime to work with large pistol primers, they would hang up and never drop into the tube, so I ordered a DAA Primafill and it works much better.
