I've been looking into semi-custom rifles and both of these companies interest me.
The Ed Brown rifles start at $2800 while the Cooper rifles start at $1000. It really doesn't seem to me that the Brown rifles are any better than the Cooper rifles, especially not $1800 better. Is there...
Thefiringline.com had 17,850 members when it closed. The High Road currently has 4,406. I'm baffled as to why there aren't more members here.

I'm toying with the idea of having a light weight scout rifle built, probably on a Winchester model 70 action.

I've read here that an 870 can probably be expected to last about 100K rounds with target loads, 75K with hotter loads.
Does anyone have any idea how long a Benelli M1S90 might be expected to last?
