The aftermarket for the Scorpion is is pretty solid. Case in point is that horrible stock trigger. A $10 spring kit from HBi will bring the trigger from a stock of 10.9lbs to a reasonable 5.8lbs. If you want to go further, Timney makes a good trigger. HBi makes a lot of stuff for the Scorpion...

Barrel nuts for free float handguards are typically proprietary. Out of curiosity, why would you want to swap a Mlok handguard for a quad picatinny handguard? You can put picatinny sections on the Mlok, if you wish.

The MAK90 should have all but 4 of the above, putting your count at 16. US-made stock set drops it to 13. If no muzzle device, then it drops to 12. Those last 2-3 can be tough: magazines or trigger components? CMC does make a nice AK trigger in the $140 range.
