The Walmart I go to occasionally here in Kann. NC still has guns and ammo and doesn't restrict CCW. :) Now that I think about it, their guns and ammo may be the only domestic items available! :confused:

Interesting since you live in California. Was you gun concealed? Do you have a CCW? Just curious. As a side note, if I had done that with my CCW in NC, law would require me to tell every LEO I come in contact with that I'm licensed and carrying. Funny huh??

It makes me think of using a copperhead as a watchdog, they might be effective but remember, they don't care who they bite.

Take a look at the CCW laws. we are only permitted to carry a concealed handgun. Not any other weapons. The permit does not allow us to carry knives, slapjacks, brass nuckles, etc. But you can carry as many handguns as you can conceal:)

Just a guess You say there is a gouge in the bullet? could have been some foreign object that caused the round to bind in the chamber. That could explain not being able to rack the slide. Was the primer strike definite enough to cause ignition? If so, maybe a bad primer. If not, May have been...
