I'm waiting for someone to make an adapter to mount the PH trimmer onto my LNL press.
I've got some ideas and plenty of tools to tinker with, but just not the time. :(
Yes, I know the Dillon's can do it already. :D

The P22 is "special" in that it uses such soft metals for a working firearm. As long as your not a heavy user any lube would work. Some 'heavy users" have seen failure and heavy wear at 10k rounds when using regular lube like CLP. After factory replacement they got 25k+ rounds through it with...
Holo- That is NOT true of the P22. It is a zinc slide and alum frame. A DRY lube is needed or the grit from oil and unfired powder wear exponentially faster on the parts. I use Otis dry lube spray.
Ulyflyer- I used a little stoning in the polishing of parts on top of buffing. I think the...
I use only the softer spring and still have trouble with anything less than hyper velocity stuff in the Mosq.
Funny, I just dug the link up for another forum this week as well. Enjoy. :)
Sigforum thread that should be a sticky!

Yeah. Don't want any permanent hurt feelings around here. That might be against their religion as well.
I think ill make poster of that so we can all laugh at the thought.

I too, have only had excellent service (without attitude) from Hornady. They actually gave me permission to grind on a die to experiment with before they would fix it for free. How can anyone complain about that kind of CS?
But then I'm not asking for their "secret formula" and being upset...
I had the same dilemma a few years ago. I ended up spending $100 on everything needed to load fast on it. Then realized I was $150 into a used press I could buy for $120 on sale. And then I bought a Hornady LNL so I could reload. :D
It sits as a back up for .38sp now.

Just had an email ad with Tula's for sale for $16.xx/1k. Natchez's maybe? Might have been over a month ago...
Prices are dropping and supply is up. Good times indeed.

Tula on sale for $16.xx/k at Natchez's. And I thought I got deals on Wolf a few years ago at $19/k.
Still not time to "stock up" yet. I have yet to see the bottom of this economic market. NO double-dip crap, but not the bottom.

Why would you tumble primed but not loaded brass?
But to answer your Q- you could get a piece of media wedged in the flash hole and not know it. If it would cause a Kaboom, poor accuracy, or nothing at all is speculation.

ETA: If you mean "tumble loaded rounds", then there is no...
The decocker has been known to cause firing on these guns. IIRC it has to do with Firing Pin wear.
Sonier- try to mimic the actions with an unloaded gun. Watch what happens. I'm thinking the hammer is releasing prematurely and your softer-than-surplus-primer hand loads don't mind it "going...
Read up on the electro rust removing using a car charger and a piece of rebar as a cathode. It will strip the rust right off in minutes without hurting the remaining finish.
