I have never heard of a Detonics StreetMastere, but I know of the Combat Master series. Combat Master Mk I - matte blue " " Mk II - brushed nickel " " Mk III - hard chrome " " MC 1 - matte blue slide/ matte stainless frame " "...

    CZ 75 Compact D PCR - anyone?

Buy one and you won't regret it. I've had my over 10 years and it's still my most accurate and reliable handgun.

    help with a choice...

If you insist on a single action and intend to carry in your pocket, make sure it has a safety. First you don't want anything else in the pocket that could get into the trigger housing. Without a lot of training, in a fast reaction response, you're liable to put your finger on the trigger...

    Found a used S&W 3913TSW for $430. Should I go for it?

I have both and I would not trade my PCR for any gun. That is not to say the S&W isn't a great gun, just that the PCR is what I shoot best with and the way it fits in my hand. The ergonomics of the CZ line is in my opinion the best. I do believe you will regret it if you sell the PCR.

Can anyone compare the CZ RAMI to...

The CZ Rami, the Kahr P9 and the Sig P239 are all very good choices and are all 9mm. Stay away from the .380 which is a blow back recoil. The Kahr P9 is the thinnest and has a very smooth double action only trigger. It's the best of the 3 for concealed carry. The CZ Rami is a bit...

    More pre-show research: EAA.

The witness line is a good product, but the importer (EAA) sucks!!!! They have the worst customer service dept. I have dealt with them and decided NEVER AGAIN. Switched to the original CZ (not clone Witness) and have been very happy. Their customer service has also been very good.

    New sig coming in april

Why would Sig develop a new gun in 380 when they already have the P232 which has an excellent reputation? I have the one with the alloy frame. It is very light and almost no felt recoil. I also have a Kahr PM9 which us a 9mm. A better round and it's still cheaper than the .380 ammo out...

    Opinions on refinishing...

Make sure, whoever you send it to, they remove the old finish before putting a new finish on. If they just sand down the pitting and put a new finish on, it will show up and I don't think that's what you want. I know, I've been there and regret it!!!

    BEST 9mm Concealed Carry Pistol

My first choice for deep concealment is the Kahr PM9. Second choice is the CZ PCR. I'm more accurate and comfortable shooting the PCR but the Kahr conceals better. Jiml3

    Kahr pm9 in pocket

I find that it is a little big for pocket carry. Also, when loaded, it tends to print more. I use a very thin in waist plastic holster by FIST. At other times when wearing a jacket, a high ride, straight drop slide.
