I haven't posted in awhile, but with all of the recent turmoil, a friend of mine that lives in California showed me a link to a recent gun buyback. I was telling him about a story I read on here (years ago) where a THR member funded a 1-2 day "shoot" by trading in a bunch of inoperable/junk...

It's clean and lubed, but the slide still sticks when I pull it all of the way back...Any ideas on why that would be?

My neighbor just recently showed me her gun collection that she inherited from her Father and she doesn't have the slightest clue with anything firearms related...I told her I would one-by-one bring them home with me to clean/oil up for her and now I'm at the Titan and can't figure out how to...

I'm all for someone fostering some more interests besides guns and video games, but she was a 30-something year old "hip-hop" aerobics instructor...Maybe a little less preaching to the kid about college and a little more going to college for her may be in order?:confused: I'm all for...

I wouldn't exactly say she's converted...I hate to be a pessimist, but many people are very fickle, including fence-sitters and I'm not sure that was enough to push anyone off that fence. She's still going to push for more gun control and will never buy one of her own.

OK, well I'm back.:) Either the producers are anti and they edited the footage with an anti undertone or they should have picked a pro-gun person slightly better versed in pro arguments. Alright, I'm seriously done now at least for the next 13 minutes...I have a feeling, if enough of us...

OK, I'm not going to rip into her, because she doesn't know any better... I would just like to know why on G*d's green earth they would start her off with a 12g shotgun and not a .22lr???:confused: Much more quiet and no recoil...IMO, that wasn't a smart move by them, but it is a TV show...

Just watched it and enjoyed it. It was an eye opener, but I still devoured a Hardee's monster thick burger while I watched it.:D
