Kennesaw, GA. It was an old law on the books, not something new. Im not sure if its still a law and if it is its not enforced. Not sure about its history I just know thats the town that has/had that law.

Sad eh? :barf: My GA resident permit is honored in all surrounding states except SC. I cant figure out how to become legal in SC, they honor a limited number of non-SC permits all of which must be resident permits to those states. What Im saying is since SC does not honor the GA permit...
