I have one and it's solid, it's also really heavy for it's size.
No complaints except mine like .357 better than .38 loads, the .38s have trouble feeding on occasion. Never a problem with the .357s
Not sure what a plasma gun is suppose to be.
I know this is a prototype and I'm sure it can be improved, however, in both videos the projectile bounced off the target.
Even at the worst of times for ammo shopping, I could always find 17HMR.
It's not as cheap as 22 but, it's less expensive than center fire ammo and it always available where I shop.
I don't want to jam a ball in a capped cylinder. I consider it a loaded firearm once the cap is in place.
I don't see how you can maintain muzzle discipline during the rest of the loading process.
Exceptional shooters have the talent and put in the training.
There are plenty of lifelong hunters and rural folk than have marginal firearms skill, you just never hear of them.
The original idea behind the Civilian Marksmanship Program is to encourage shooting sports and training for people that may be called up for service.
My observation in the military has been; talent and coachability are the biggest factors for people learning to shoot well. Previous experience...
I have both models; a Pietta Remington New Army and a Uberti 1861 Navy.
The New Army has better sights, and is .45 cal.
The 1861 looks better, points better, very light recoil.
Both are surprisingly accurate after working up loads.
Out of the two I own I wouldn't say one is more accurate...
I hate to be critical but, why would they think a 4 bbl handgun would be a good seller? I like the idea of interchangeable calibers but not the 4 listed. .32 h&r really?
When I see stuff like this I just figure these guys don't know anything about firearms or shooting. To me it looks like...
OP is basically asking if poaching, stealing and lying are poor sportsmanship.
I like to help my friends also but, I want to think they would never put me in that situation.
