    P90 dings

This is my P90. Bought it used from a local pawnshop that was going out of business last year. I really like the gun no malfunctions and is accurate. However, I don't like these dings where it has been dropped at sometime in its life. Is there anything I can do to repair it to get it looking...

Looking for info on this Enfield

Bought my first Enfield yesterday. Just wondering if anyone can tell me any info from the markings. Not sure if it was manufactured in 1943 or 1942. Also, why is there a different number on the chamber and the back above the Enfield stamp? Thanks in advance

    Gritty feeling on Super Blackhawk

I bought a used Super Blackhawk in 44 Mag recently, 2014 date according to the serial. Gun has been fired maybe a couple times, if that. Chambers and barrel looks new. My question is, when opening the loading gate and closing, when turning the cylinder to lock it in place, it feels gritty...

    Savage 32 auto magazine disassembly

I recently bought a 1907 Savage in 32 auto. The magazine is supposed to hold ten rounds but I can only fit nine in there. I can see the spring binding up/covering itself through the bottom hole when its loading. When I "thumb out" the rounds the last four to three want to stick in there. Im...

What years for Marlin last shot bolt-hold-open and 18 round mag?

I could have sworn several years ago that I read somewhere that Marlin only made the model 60's with the 18 round magazines and last shot bolt hold open feature only in 1987 and 88. I just bought a 1990 model yesterday that has the 18round mag and last shot bolt hold open. So now I'm wondering...

So I want a 32acp. Can't decide Beretta or Bersa

So I've been wanting a 32acp for sometime now. I don't know why, but after many years of wanting one I think I'm finally gonna break down and by one. I don't want a caliber war to get started, I know what the .32 is and isn't. I was in the local shop a few days back and they have a few Beretta...

Pick my next revolver for me

Had to do what I had to do yesterday. Had been without a car for months and traded my S&W 66 pinned and recessed for a good running '79 Datsun. I'm already running it through my mind on what my next .357 should be. The guy even said he would hang onto it for a few months JIC I try to buy it...

    Dilemma /Which would you buy?

Ok, here's the dilemma I'm in. Fell on hard times last year, had to pawn my Ruger Vaquero sheriffs model (http://thehighroad.org/showthread.php?t=409394), tried to keep up with the payments but eventually had to let it go, hated to loose it but I wasn't too upset over it. Toady, I just happen...

    RA 64 headstamp (.38 special)

Bought a box of locally cast and handloaded .38 specials this afternoon, 250 to be exact. Every piece of brass in this box has a headstamp of RA 64. From what I've been able to find out (Google searching) this is made by Remington and supposedly this is very good brass. Just wondering if...

How would you check for leading at the range?

Okay, dumb question for everyone: Let's say your working on some hand-cast handloads and you want to check to see if they are leading. Obviously your gonna get range nazi'd pretty quick if the RO see's you looking down your bore with the gun pointed towards you, so how would you do this...
