What is the last gun that you bought?

Ruger LCP a couple of weeks ago. Its my first pocket pistol/mouse gun and I really like its small size and weight but the long heavy DA trigger pull is taking a bit of getting used to.

Henry Rifle .22 WMR. Any negatives?

I bought my first Henry a month or so ago and really like it. Very smooth action, quite accurate, and is a thing of beauty to look at. I bought the H001T Frontier in .22LR since I already have a Winchester 9422M. Yep, Its a Henry!

    I need help - I think I ruined my brand new AR15...

I had a bore snake stuck in my AR 15. In desperation I took the upper outside and tied the bore snake around the trailer hitch ball on my truck and pulled as hard as I could. It pulled out and I found out it was stuck due to a knot in the bore snake!

Cleaning a 22 Bolt action rifle

I almost never clean the bore of my .22 rifles. I have to agree that more wear is caused by cleaning than shooting them.

    Questions about .22 ammo.....

After firing many thousands of rounds of .22 ammo over more than thirty years, Wolf Match Target is my favorite .22 ammo. Aguila subsonic hollow points work well also. The worst ammo I have tried is the Remington Golden bulk packs.

    Marlin 336 vs 1894c

I have a 1894C in .44 magnum and just got a 336RC in.35 Remington. I paid 300 bucks for the 1894 and 200 bucks for the 336 from an estate. The 336 was made in 1964 and is in great shape. Left to right, Winchester 9422M, Marlin 1894C .44 magnum, Marlin 336 .35 Remington.
